Trying to make sense of ourselves, others and our environment can often mean experiencing difficult feelings and navigating through scenarios that trigger and overwhelm us. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has worked in the Mental Health field with individuals and families for the past seven years. I have an eclectic approach to counseling that can include breath-work, imagery, homework and art. I address a multitude of issues that include, Depression, Anxiety, Parenting, Family Conflict, Trauma/Abuse, Stress, Grief/Loss and more.
